We want to make understanding your housing costs as simple and transparent as possible. The prices shown on this page reflect a monthly installment based on our standard 11.5-month (50-week) lease term. Your total housing cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments, each due on the 1st of the month, and includes the base price plus all mandatory fees and any premiums or add-ons. Each floor plan may be displayed as a range - from the minimum inclusive rate (base rent plus all mandatory fees) to the maximum inclusive rate (with all available unit premiums).
